1992年加入联想。联想集成系统（上海）公司的创始人，短短几年将联想在上海的系统集成业务发展到上亿元的规模。后升任联想集成（现中国最大的专业系统集成商、第一的IT产品分销商和全线网络产品提供商神州数码的的主要组成部分）副总经理兼企划办主任，负责公司战略制定及实施监管工作策划并实施了公司架构向行业事业部管理模式的转变，同时参与并主持了公司在政府、金融、税务、电信等领域的大中型系统集成项目的实施与开发，积累了深厚的行业经验。

有超过十二年IT行业经验，有多年的业务运作、企业管理经验，与行业主管部门、地方政府、大企业有广泛的网络关系。

毕业于华中科技大学计算机系。

Mr. CHEN HaoManaging Director, Head of Investment

Mr. CHEN joined Legend in 1992. He served as General Manager of Legend Advanced System Ltd. (LAS) East China and Legend's Networking Center. He was also the director of the General Office of Corporate Planning.

Mr. CHEN has successfully led several large scale SI and software development projects including "The Three Golden Cards", the third phase of Japanese Yen Loan and the railway billing system. He put forward the concept of "application-oriented and industry-focused" and initiated the transformation of the then organizational structure into business units when he was the Director of the Corporate Planning at LAS.
